The procurement department is one of the most important departments in Imam Hadi college because of its ability to purchase according to the bases and standards of high quality, as the procurement process includes several basic stages as follows:
_ Certification
_ Market case study
_ Making a purchase decision
_ Issuing purchase orders
_ Registration of liabilities and services received
_ Receipt of invoices and payment of the outstanding amount
_ Reviewing the services provided by the authorities ; and has the right to reject them if they do not meet the required standards 
.To develop Procurement Management; those in charge of it are keen to use adequate information accompanied by effective impact plans ,through which they contribute to the success of Procurement Management in accordance with the foundations and regulations in force in higher education and scientific research institutions. 
. To be more proficient, the procurement department has traditionally paid attention to the reports that are submitted from time to time, to find out the real values according to important and planned statistics.
